HOW IT WORKS

What happens from first enquiry to last treatment

From the moment you get in touch, everything is arranged around you. We have a brief conversation about what you are looking for - your skin concerns, your health, and what you want from the day. I then confirm your booking, let you know what to prepare, and arrive at your home ready to begin. There is no pre-assessment, no forms to fill in beforehand, and nothing to prepare on your side beyond a suitable space. Everything - the consultation, the assessment, the treatments, and your personalised recommendations - happens on the day, in your home, from start to finish.

On arrival we begin with a full health and skin consultation. We look at what your skin is telling us, what is happening within your body, and what you want from the day. This shapes every treatment that follows.

Using the full BioWell Skin toolkit, I select and combine the right technologies for your skin on the day. No fixed menu, no guesswork — just the right treatment, chosen for you, performed in the comfort of your home.

Before I pack up and go, you receive your personalised skin and nutrition recommendations. What to use at home, what to focus on, and how to maintain your results. Everything is covered before the day ends.

YOUR OPTIONS

Choose Your Day

All three packages include the full BioWell Skin approach - consultation, assessment and treatments. The difference is simply time and depth.

A three-hour session suits one person with a focused concern. A half day covers more ground and works well for two or three guests. A full day is for groups of up to five people - each guest receives a dedicated 90-minute individual session, making it a complete private wellness day without leaving home.

All visits run between 10 am and 8 pm. Travel included across Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Oxfordshire, Monmouthshire and the Cotswolds.
